About
The Peking Duck dish was originally invented by the imperials of Beijing at the end of the Qing Dy Throughout the years, this dish evolved along with the various food cultures across China.
The duck is traditionally served with green onions, cucumbers, and a secret sauce, then wrapped in a thin pancake. Zhou Enlai later suggested that the pancake should be made in an oval shape to allow the contents to be more easily wrapped.
